Binah IT Solutions
Privacy Policy
Last updated: 8 October 2026
This policy explains how Binah IT Solutions handles the personal data of people who visit this website or contact us. It is written to meet the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for visitors in the European Economic Area, and the privacy laws of other countries where we work, including US state laws.
1. Who we are
Binah IT Solutions is a digital studio offering web design, Google Business Profile management, branding and paid ads management. We are the controller of your data.
- Email: binahitsolutions@gmail.com
- WhatsApp: +55 62 99116-6071
Use these contacts for any privacy question or to exercise your rights.
2. What data we use and why
- Quote requests (form). Your name, email, country, the service you are interested in, your message and the site language. We use them to answer your request, prepare a proposal and, if we work together, deliver the service.
- WhatsApp or email. Your phone number or email address, the name you use and your messages, to reply and follow up.
- Browsing. If you accept analytics and advertising cookies: pages viewed, clicks on our contact links, form submissions, cookie identifiers and device and browser data, to measure visits and how well our ads work. See the Cookie Policy for details.
- Technical data. When you open the site, the server hosting it logs your IP address, date and time, the page requested and your browser type, for technical and security reasons.
Filling in the form is voluntary, but we cannot reply without your name and email. We do not ask for sensitive data (for example, health information); please do not include it in your message. We do not make decisions about you based solely on automated processing.
3. Legal bases
- Steps before a contract and the contract itself (Article 6(1)(b) UK GDPR / GDPR): answering quote requests and delivering the services you order.
- Consent (Article 6(1)(a), and regulation 6 of the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations 2003 in the UK): analytics and advertising cookies. You can withdraw it at any time.
- Legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f)): keeping the site secure, technical logs, cookieless aggregate measurement of visits, and defending legal claims.
- Legal obligation (Article 6(1)(c)): keeping invoicing records when there is a contract.
4. Who we share data with
We do not sell personal data. We use these service providers, who process data on our behalf or, where stated, as independent controllers:
- FormSubmit (formsubmit.co): forwards the form to our inbox.
- Google (Google Ireland Limited and Google LLC): email (Gmail), Google Tag Manager and, if you accept cookies, Google Analytics and Google Ads.
- Meta (Meta Platforms Ireland Limited and Meta Platforms, Inc.): WhatsApp, if you message us there, and the Meta Pixel, if you accept advertising cookies. For collecting and sending data through the Pixel, Binah and Meta Platforms Ireland Limited are joint controllers (Article 26); Meta is responsible for what happens to the data afterwards.
- Our website host: keeps the technical logs described in section 2.
Google Tag Manager loads when you open the site. Until you accept cookies, Google's tools run in consent-denied mode: they do not set or read analytics or advertising cookies, but they may send Google cookieless technical signals, such as the fact that a page was viewed. We may also disclose data to authorities when the law requires it.
5. International transfers
We work remotely from Brazil, so the data you send us is also handled in Brazil. Some providers, such as Google, Meta and FormSubmit, may process data in the United States or other countries. Where the destination is not covered by UK adequacy regulations or an EU adequacy decision, transfers rely on the provider's certification under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and its UK Extension (Google and Meta), or on standard contractual clauses, including the UK Addendum. Where none of these applies, the transfer takes place because it is necessary to answer the request you made (Article 49(1)(b)).
6. How long we keep data
- Requests that do not lead to a contract: up to 24 months after our last contact.
- Clients: for as long as we work together and then for the period that tax and accounting laws require for invoicing records.
- Cookies: for the periods listed in the Cookie Policy.
- Server logs: for the period set by our hosting provider.
7. Your rights
In the UK and the EEA you can ask to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict its use or to receive it in a portable format, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interests. You can withdraw your cookie consent at any time in Cookie settings. To use these rights, email binahitsolutions@gmail.com. We reply within one month.
You can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk or, in the EEA, to the data protection authority where you live or work.
8. If you live in the United States
We do not sell your personal information for money. Advertising cookies (Google Ads and the Meta Pixel) are used only if you accept them, and you can switch them off at any time in Cookie settings. Depending on your state, you may have the right to know what personal information we hold, to access, correct or delete it, and to opt out of targeted advertising. Email binahitsolutions@gmail.com to make a request; we reply within 45 days and will not treat you differently for using these rights.
9. Security
The site uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and access to the requests we receive is limited to the people who need them to reply to you.
10. Children
This site is meant for businesses and professionals. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
11. Changes
We may update this policy. The date of the latest update is shown at the top of the page.
